Done Deal – £121m Fee Agreed, Paul Pogba To Join Man United By Weekend – Reports

According to reports, Paul Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola has placed a deadline of July ending to sort French international midfielder Paul Pogba’s future. Amist reports that the deal could even be completed by this weekend.

Report from Spanish outlet Marca claim the super agent who helped Manchester United complete the signing of Zlatan Ibrahimović and Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s wants his French client’s next career move be sorted out in no distant time. And that’s not a surprise. The uncertainty isn’t good for any of the parties involved. Mino Raiola won’t be assured his hefty commission, United won’t know if they will end up getting the player or not and Paul Pogba’s mind won’t be settled as he won’t be sure of where he will be plying his trade next season.

Despite the French international’s below par performance in the recently concluded European championship, where he failed to dazzle, Pogba remains the darling of both Manchester United and Real Madrid and that’s not a surprise. No reasonable football manager will judge the Juventus star based on six games. And as they say, classy is permanent, form is temporary.

Marca reports that reigning European club champions Real Madrid have not completely backed out of the race to complete the signing of the Serie A sensation. This means Manchester United need to hurry up if they do not want to be beaten to the signing of their former youth player.

Yesterday, Pogba’s former agent, Vincent Rodriguez declared that the Juventus midfielder would before weekend move to Manchester United.

According to Vincent Rodriguez, the combined price involved will be about £121m with to include add-ons and representation fees.

Vincent tweeted: “The Paul Pogba deal to #mufc could be done by Friday evening, the clubs are now finally talking.

“€145m [£121m] is the complete cost of the move.

“For clarity, the €145m for Paul Pogba is inclusive of add ons, agent fees and transfer fee.

“Manchester United will also pay in instalments.”

This news if true will be massibe for United. Pogba will make the Red Devils a team to be feared once again. And by ensuring the deal is done by weekend, United can then focus on their other targets, if any. Also, by ensuring the deal is done before September, Pogba can be focused on having pre-season, however small, with his new team mates.
